Naadam summer festival is a national holiday celebrated every year from 11 to 13 July across Mongolia that focuses on three traditional games: horseracing, wrestling and archery. Mongolian Naadam Summer Festival is inseparably connected to the nomadic civilization of the Mongols, who have long practiced pastoralism on Central Asia’s vast steppe.
During the Naadam Summer Festival, oral traditions, performing arts, national cuisine, craftsmanship, and cultural forms such as long song, Khöömei overtone singing, Bie biyelgee dance, and Morin khuur violin are also prominent.
Many customs and rituals are observed by indigenous peoples, such as the wearing of traditional clothing and the use of specific tools and recreational equipment. The athletes, women, and children who compete are admired by festivalgoers, and champions are recognized with titles.

The three types of sports are directly linked with the lifestyles and living conditions of the Mongols and their transmission is traditionally undertaken through home-schooling by family members, although formalized training regimens have recently developed for wrestling and archery. The rituals and customs of Naadam also accentuate respect for nature and the environment.
The Altai Mountains are a most beautiful place rough mountain peaks and it is challenging for the people who seeking adventure harmony and romantic. The peaceful area and local nomads like Tuvan and Kazakhs living together with animals as well as wild animals. This tremendous area inhabits, for ibex, snow leopard, rock ptarmigans, Altai snow-cocks, and Argali sheep. Some of these animals endangered.

Flight to UB where you will be met by your guide and transfer to the hotel. After a little break, your guide will take you for the city tour. The Ulaanbaatar, it is a heart of Mongolia more than half of the population lives here.

Great valley, where are nomad people spend their summer, beautiful area, which is situated at the base of the mountain Tsengel-Hairkhan (3800m). Tremendous valley, stunning spot for the photographers, hiking, cycling and horse riding.
Later on the full-fledged breakfast, we are picking things and transferring to the UB airport. The flight requires 3 hours to Olgiy. Your tour crew (Guide,Driver,Cook) will meet you at the Olgiy airport, loaded car with tour supplies. Today we are attending local Naadam festival in Altanstogts village. There will be opportunities to see different kind of Nomadic games such as horseback race, Camel race, Wrestling, Buskatshi Goat tagging on horseback.
Most of the locals will be dressed up with their traditional clothes, also there will be opportunity to photography with eagle hunters. Letter we drive to Haraganti valley, where our friend eagle hunter spends his summer time with the family, relatives and neighbors. Our hunter will show us his gorgeous bird. You will be invited to hunters Ger and certainly will be served with Dastarhan (stretched food on the ground) milk tea.

Today until noon we will be busy with taking city tour. After the lunch at the local restaurant we heading towards to Tsambgarav Uul(4200m). Which is one of highest mountains of Altai mountain range. Snow-capped mountain is on the border of three western aimags Khovd, Ubs and Bayan-Olgiy. The place where we staying tonight is foot of this grand mountain. Our hunter lives here with his family.
The spot is main summer pasture so it will be crowded for three mounts with Kazakh, Uriankhai ( Mongolian ethnic group) nomads. Overnight in a tent.

After the good sleep everyone gathering to have tea, morning milk tea is the superstitious, everyone have to drink at least one bowl of morning tea.
If we finish our breakfast time to prepare ourselves for today’s journey.
Today we riding to waterfall which is in Tavan Belcher it is local summer spending high pasture area, of TsambaGarav national park. It is located exactly few km from spread glacier the northern part of the mountain.
Most people who spend their summer here are Urianhai people. (one of western Mongolian ethnic groups) we do visit to this families and for sure we will be served with bowl of milk tea.
The area very beautiful, snowcapped mountains from far, will be visible. Hiking and photographing also involved, on your interest.

After two days with the family we gathering for last morning milk tea with everyone and we saying ‘Kosh-Sau Bol’ means good bye (stay health) , now we are heading towards to the lake Tolbo good spot for swimming.
A major battle was fought here between Bolshevik and White Russians, with the local Mongolian general, Hasbaatar, siding with the Bolsheviks. The Bolsheviks won and so there are a couple of memorial plaques by the lake.
The lunch break will be by the lake, don’t miss the opportunity to take photos of the beautiful and colorful tremendous mountain hills.
Tonight we staying at the hotel, and dinner will be served at the Pamukkale restaurant.

Early morning after the breakfast you will be transferred to local airport for to be registered for the flight to Ulaanbaatar. Our guide will be meeting you at the airport and will be responsible for your rest of day.
